The right person for this position will be passionate about living out Grace Church of Sahuarita’s mission, “To lead people to experience the life Jesus gives.” They will be a person who leads by example, growing the production team both in spiritual growth, in numbers and in technical development.

This full-time position reports to the worship pastor, working from Sunday to Thursday, with occasional needs to provide tech for weddings, memorial services, etc., on Fridays and Saturdays. The primary emphasis is on discipling the production team while building, training and maintaining the teams of leaders/servants for all worship services and other events requiring A/V/L. This position requires agreement with Grace Church of Sahuarita's Faith Statement.
