Care Network

Find help through life transitions.

We all have defining moments in our lives—challenging circumstances, relational pain, transitional seasons. How we respond during these times has a direct impact on our futures. The Care Network provides a network of ministries, helpful resources, trained volunteers, and professional counselors to help you move forward.

Counseling Referrals

Nobody’s life is perfect. Life is full of ups, downs, and many transitions in-between. Most of the time when we experience challenging situations, we can lean on friends, family members, or our Small Group. Sometimes, however, problems become more complex and we need the guidance of professionals. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, are going through a life transition, or are struggling in a relationship, we want to help connect you with a competent Christian counselor. Each counselor we recommend has been carefully screened by Grace Church for his or her professional expertise, quality of care, and genuine Christian values.

Please contact us at care@gcsahuarita.org to begin the confidential referral process.

Grief Share Groups

Grace Church hosts a GriefShare Group regularly throughout the year. At this 13-week grief recovery support group, you will hear insights from grief recovery experts and meet others who understand what you are going through. Please contact us at care@gcsahuarita.org to find out when they meet.

Mentoring & Recovery Groups

Our Care Network includes resources both in our church and through area churches to address various needs: marriage help, addictions, financial training and more. In order for us to help you connect to available resources, please contact us at care@gcsahuarita.org with your need.

Special Requests

Weddings

We would love to help make your special day memorable! Our facilities are available for weddings for members or regular attenders, but to have a Grace Church pastor perform your ceremony, you must complete a recommended premarital course first. To start the process for getting married at Grace Church or to secure a Grace Church pastor to officiate your wedding, please email premarital@gcsahuarita.org.

Funerals

If you are interested in information about funerals, please email care@gcsahuarita.org.

Hospitals Visits

As a part of the Care Network, we have a team of trained, caring volunteers and pastors available to visit loved ones of Grace Church members or regular attendees who are in hospitals or hospice. Please email care@gcsahuarita.org for more information.

Homebound Support

If you are unable to attend Grace Church services, we want to help you stay connected. Please contact care@gcsahuarita.org to let us know your situation.
