We are seeking a biblically sound, competent, highly relational, emotionally mature Pastor/Elder to provide pastoral leadership, counseling, direction and oversight to the Care Ministry of Grace Church of Sahuarita and will serve as the primary care person, serving as the hub for care at Grace Church. As we continue to grow in number and complexity of need, this position will recruit and train volunteers for the work of the care ministry.

The person filling this position would have both the ability to lead and administer a larger team of volunteers serving on their team, while also being seen as the leader in our church for care needs. This position requires the unique combination of shepherding and administration gifts.
